Shift: PRN

Salary: $37.00/hour

Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to help residents regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating residents and developing customized treatment plans.
• Support residents in performing daily tasks and therapeutic activities.
• Promote rehabilitation and monitor progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current Florida State COTA License.
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
