What You’ll Do

  • Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Conduct one‑on‑one consultations to assess client needs and recommend property & casualty or life & health insurance products.
  • Prepare and present compelling quotes and policy comparisons that highlight value and fit.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system—track leads, follow up on quotes, and close opportunities.
  • Partner with our underwriting and service teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and ongoing client support.
  • Participate in team meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Insurance License (P&C, Life, and/or Health – required)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ sales experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and relationship building.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms.
  • A passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per day
