The Senior Business Process Analyst is a key member of the AI Strategy team, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience. This individual contributor partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business transformation, including identifying use cases for automation and artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings an innovation-first mindset.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and service improvement
- Develop detailed documentation, including workflows, requirements, and process maps, to support current and future-state design
- Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to prioritize and implement operational enhancements
- Research, identify, and propose AI and automation use cases that align with business goals and drive innovation
- Support the implementation of digital-first strategies and process changes, including testing, training, and change management
- Use data to monitor success metrics and assess performance post-implementation
- Coordinate with data, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment and scalability of solutions
- Present findings, proposals, and results to leadership in a clear and actionable format
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Visualization Tools: Hands on experience with Tableau, Power BI
- 2+ years experience in rollout of new initiatives, systems, and tools by assessing impacts and ensuring successful adoption
- 1+ years of data analytics and recommending business solutions based off of data
- 1+ years of experience with AI technologies and their practical applications in business settings
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in documenting, analyzing, and enhancing business processes
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across functions and build partnerships with key stakeholders
- Self-Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and deliver independently with minimal supervision
- Analytical Thinking: Proven solid problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Communication: Proven effective verbal and written communication skills; able to create compelling presentations and reports
- Innovation: Proven proactive in identifying new opportunities for automation, AI, and digital optimization
- Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement Certification
- Experience in healthcare, contact centers, or service operations
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and automation platforms (e.g., RPA, NLP, Chatbots)
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proven comfort with agile methodologies and change management best practices
