Your mission at LINDAL

  • Support key accounts (KA) by developing and maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Accountable of meeting the monthly orderbook
  • Manage forecasting, orderbook, pricing adjustments and shipments
  • Identify current and emerging customer needs, coordinate and lead internal actions to better address the customer needs and develop a plan to execute.
  • Support account managers by providing data, analysis, and helpful information to better manage the accounts.
  • Lead, Manage and Coordinate communication internally as the customer representative inside Lindal

Must

Candidate must have experience on managing Key Accounts, ideally in B2B environments

Candidate must have been working with customers ordering against forecast

Candidate must know how to manage forecasting
