About the Role:
We’re looking for an assertive, charming, and resourceful go-getter to join our SVG Motors team and serve as a powerful extension of our leadership. This hybrid role will be based in our call center and is part headhunter, part customer experience advocate, and part executive assistant.
Your mission?
Identify and recruit top talent for our dealerships using tools like Hireology
Follow up with every customer who visits any of our dealerships—both sales and service—to gather feedback and elevate the experience
Assist with data entry and reporting in Google Sheets
Support the President (Steve VanGorder) with staffing needs and executive projects

What You’ll Be Doing:
Contacting applicants quickly and professionally to pre-screen and schedule interviews
Working closely with department managers to ensure top talent doesn’t slip through the cracks
Creating and sending customer follow-up messages (email, phone, text) to ensure we deliver 5-star experiences
Helping track employee turnover, onboarding progress, and staffing goals across our dealerships
Reporting performance trends and opportunities using Google Sheets
Brainstorming ways to help us hire better and keep great people longer
Skills You’ll Need:
Strong phone presence and exceptional interpersonal communication
Confidence to follow up relentlessly (without being pushy)
Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with basic Google Sheets or willingness to learn
Prior hiring, recruiting, or customer service experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
Compensation:
Starting at $18-$22/hour based on experience
$100 bonus for every hire that stays 90+ days
Quarterly performance bonus based on customer feedback scores and staffing KPIs
