You’ll be the energy behind a team of Training Specialists, making sure our front-line crew is confident, skilled, and absolutely crushing it on the floor.

You’ll bring the fun, the structure, and the know-how to make it stick. Even better? You’ll create cross-training programs that boost team flexibility and resilience—and you’ll document everything along the way, building a roadmap future startup buildings can use to hit the ground running.

And here’s the exciting part—this role is just the beginning. After about a year of rocking the training world, you’ll get the chance to step into Operations Management, leading your own department and taking your leadership game to the next level.
