Description

Provide guidance to the Sales and Operations functions regarding underwriting scenarios, product and programs across multiple investors.

Requirements

• Support Sales and Operations by fielding inquiries regarding industry trends, loan scenarios, mortgage products, investor and company guidelines to facilitate originations, file structure and file flow.
• Keep abreast of and maintain a working knowledge of all current underwriting guidelines, federal and state lending laws and have the ability to comprehensively explain to others within and outside the organization. Effectively communicate changes timely and efficiently.
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  
  

Actively participate in ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service for internal and external customers.

• May underwrite overflow files to support business needs and service level deliverables.
  
  

Salary Description

$80k - $90k/yr based on certifications
