What You Will Be Doing

• Craft AI-Powered Systems: Design and deploy AI-driven operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and uphold exceptional educational outcomes at scale.

Head Of Facilities Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute AI-powered operational frameworks and automated systems that support scalable growth and consistent execution of 2 Hour Learning’s academic model, while offering actionable, data-driven strategic insights to the founder.

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in scaling multi-location enterprises (education, high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
• Experience with top-tier management consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Proficiency in practical and technical AI tool usage; must pass a rigorous assessment focused on automating business processes with AI.
• Proven experience in converting operational processes into AI-driven systems, with demonstrable technical execution (coding, API integrations, automation).
• Track record of managing extensive, cross-functional operational portfolios, driving strategic transformation, and achieving significant business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights.
• Located in the United States and open to 30% travel to campus locations.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
