Key Responsibilities

As a breakfast cook, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. Your main duties will include:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast items according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Managing food preparation efficiently to meet service demands.
• Assisting with inventory and stock control for breakfast ingredients.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency and innovation.
• Maintaining a high standard of food presentation and quality control.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate breakfast cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in a hotel or high-volume breakfast service.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Work Location: Miami South Beach, FL.

Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being stand and working on computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds or more.

Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
