At DAHLIN, luxury residential design is part of our founding DNA. We are seeking a LEAD DESIGNER – Luxury Residential to help shape the future. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary, client-focused designer ready to step into a leadership role and build something meaningful.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design of luxury homes with a deep understanding of client vision, site, topography, and regional character
• Create and champion high-quality design solutions from concept through completion, blending innovation with real-world constructability
• Guide and inspire a growing team, overseeing visualization, deliverables, and design execution
• Design to varying possibilities while maintaining design excellence across all price points
  
  

What You Will Bring

• The ideal candidate is a compelling communicator, a highly visual thinker, and a designer known for delivering exceptional luxury homes that responds thoughtfully to regional context and character.
• An intuitive, adaptable leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to build a team and a body of work
• A keen eye for uncovering a site's unique attributes and thoughtfully leveraging them to craft a seamless, enriching experience both inside and out for its residents
• Strong ability to work with and mentor staff and guide projects through all phases of design and delivery for a luxury home
  
  

Your Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience including leading a team
• Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, Interior Design or a related field. Licensure preferred
• Commitment to their own professional growth
• Must be legallyauthorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
  
  

This is a hybrid position that requires onsite presence at one of our company locations, as well as travel to other company sites

Relocation assistance may be offered for the right candidate.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.

Salary range:$110,000 -$135,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements.
