Responsible for continuous improvement and metrics for supplier quality. Works with central and on-site sourcing for improvement of supplier quality, along with coordination of audits for suppliers.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess potential suppliers' capabilities and quality systems. Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure suppliers meet company standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for incoming materials. Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues related to supplier materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve their processes and product quality. Promote and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices. Drive initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier quality performance. Prepare reports and presentations for management review. Ensure proper documentation of quality issues and resolutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and suppliers for quality-related matters. Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and procurement to address quality concerns. Facilitate regular meetings and reviews with suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier facilities and processes.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing/Quality).
- 3 years of experience in Manufacturing/Quality
