New Home Sales Consultant

We seek a motivated and goal-oriented New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will manage the customer process of quality construction, innovative design, and superior service to build customized dream homes with a company that continues to raise the bar in home-building techniques.

Pay

• $43,888.00 - $123,400 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the customer process from sale to move-in
• Set proper expectations and manage customers' process
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Execute and maintain a proactive follow-up, manage prospects and customers through supplied CRM software
• Cultivate and maintain real estate agent relationships
• Attend events and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales consultant or similar role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset of discipline
• Coachable and process-oriented
• Ambitious and goal-oriented
• Desire to connect and build valuable relationships with new individuals
• Work weekends with two consecutive weekdays off
  
  

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and walk on various terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties with mud, ruts, etc.
• Must be able to utilize sensory skills (i.e., verbal communication) and technology (i.e., cell phone) to communicate effectively with other employees and customers.
• Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.
• Must have the ability to climb permanent stairs.
• Must have the physical strength and stamina to lift approximately 25 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday.
• Must endure and be exposed to different conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes.
