The Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing our lead generation, website conversion, and marketing automation programs. This position is 100% on-site and can be based in either our Reston, VA or Richmond, VA office. They will implement strategies and create processes to generate sales and improve both the customer and employee experience (CX and EX). The ideal candidate has approximately 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product or project management, or sales, along with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and optimization of lead generation programs to attract, engage, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website conversion strategy to drive sales and improve the CX.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the performance of our marketing campaigns and marketing automation platform.
  • Analyze marketing data and trends to identify opportunities for sales conversion improvement and the overall enhancement of CX and EX.
  • Champion process improvements that drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the quality of marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead teams of marketing professionals, providing guidance and leadership on processes and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the technical solutions team to identify, improve, and maintain systems to support our processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders internally and externally, presenting insights and strategies in a clear, concise, and actionable way.


Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience (preferred) in digital marketing, product or project management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving program success.
  • Experience with lead generation, website conversion optimization, and marketing automation platforms preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to solve complex business problems.
  • Self-sufficient, motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
