Location: Dearborn Heights - 26001 Ford Rd., Dearborn Heights, MI, 48127
Dearborn Heights is a family orientated facility that places Continuity of Care for our residents in high regards.
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full and Part Time are available, to join our team at our Dearborn Heights location. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Duties include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and assisting with patient assessments.
We are looking for Candidates that have Great Attendance, this is a 12-hour shift. Reliability is what we are most looking for MOST. LPN's that will take our needs seriously. If Attendance in Previous Positions has been an issue, this may NOT be for you...

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide patient education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
