Description

Assist Account Managers/Account Supervisors with communication between internal departments and clients. Assist with processing client requests and managing and motivating creative, media and project management teams to ensure results.

Responsibilities:

• Assist internal teams with developing projects and campaigns
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure all work follows guidelines
• Present creative concepts to clients for approval in partnership with the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director
• Assist in the development of project estimates and timelines
• Collaborate with creative teams to design projects/campaigns on behalf of the client
• Ensure the creative team completes all projects on time and within budget
• Alert Account Manager/Account Supervisor of issues and delays in all projects
• Assist in creation of project estimates and timelines
• Assist in campaign tracking and performance
• Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services and strategic marketing communications plan(s)
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of agency experience as an account coordinator
• Understanding of advertising methods and techniques
• Outgoing and pleasant personality
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
