Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Clean driving record
- Good communication skills.
- Stable work history.
- General building maintenance
- Lot maintenance
- Hours are Tuesday through Friday 8:30 am until 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (depending on customer needs)
- Good attitude.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- 2 Weeks Vacation after 90 days, prorated
- 3 Sick Days immediately, prorated
- BCBS Health Insurance after 60 days, portion company paid
- Voluntary Dental/Vision after 60 days
