Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ financial information and credit history to determine loan eligibility and terms
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, explaining options and answering questions
- Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriters, and other professionals to facilitate loan approvals
- Prepare and review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lending guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets and contribute to team goals at Home Buyers Realty Company
