Responsibilities
- Develop and implement goals and processes to help each department stay on the same page, and best serve our clientele
- Understand the organization 's philosophy, offerings, and policies to communicate with parents and students in a professional manner
- Provide consultation and recommendations to parents and students for students' advancement and achieving their goals
- Supervise and guide students in tests and practices
- Document processes, policies and procedures for consistent services
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Previous experience as a Student Services specialist or equivalent role desired
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience managing expectations and goals, and improving behavioral outcomes of students
- Extensive knowledge of the issues many students are facing today
- The ability to set both short and long-term, realistic goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
