We are seeking a professional Account Executive Sales to join our team. As the Account Executive Sales, you will be responsible for growing business through new client referrals with physicians, hospitals, Skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners and case managers and promote the home health agency.

We are seeking a professional Account Executive Sales to join our team. As the Account Executive Sales, you will be responsible for growing business through new client referrals with physicians, hospitals, Skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners and case managers and promote the home health agency.
- Conduct in-services, presentations, educational, host and attend relevant events by introducing our home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and other referral sources.
- Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all marketing/sales activities for the company services.
- Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
- Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations.
- Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.

- Participate in continuing education and stay up to date with the latest industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Proven track record of B2B sales success
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred.
