RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance for the team and support our Government customer.
- Supervise ongoing technical efforts and manage overall performance.
- Manage overall performance and ensure the quality and efficiency of this award.
- Proactively make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
- Effectively communicate with the Government about potential contractual or programmatic issues.
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership in the execution of the program.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience working with the Coast Guard.
- Experience managing competing multiple vendors, crossing functional technology and infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Experience with agile methodology.
- Knowledge in Enterprise Transformation efforts, including shared services, assessments, design, business case development, IT strategy, planning, performance management, IT effectiveness, benchmarking, systems integration, cloud architecture, and infrastructure management.
- Ability to execute strategy and deliverables and communicate effectively with all levels of industry audience, clients, and internal staff and management. This includes creating presentation slides, practice marketing materials, change management plans, project plans, workshops, practice methodologies and tools, policies and procedures, whitepapers, and other standard business communications.
