We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Central Admissions to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain optimal census levels.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Central Admissions to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain optimal census levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to resident intake.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to promote the facility and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to assess the suitability of potential residents.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to admissions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to admissions activities.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to enhance the facility's visibility in the community.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare admissions role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong understanding of the admissions process and regulatory requirements in long-term care settings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google email , Point Click Care and admissions referral software.
