Description
The LMS (Learning Management System) Video Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content to be used for company-wide training and/or marketing purposes. This position works in collaboration with multiple departments, store personnel, and outside vendors to assist in carrying out and promoting D&B Supply’s vision, mission, and values.
Essential Functions/Duties
Required Experience: Proven ability to record/produce both video and audio with professional results. Video and audio editing experience with attention to detail is required for this position. Ability to follow directions and provide insight/advice on how to best produce training video content. Understanding of farm and agriculture related products is preferred, not required. Background using Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro, (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, etc.) is highly preferred. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Video Production. Knowledge of using video and audio equipment such as DSLR cameras, DMX lighting, tripods, gimbals, lighting, microphones, etc. Familiarity with videography principles such as subject framing, shot composition, lighting concepts, and sound design.

- Operate and maintain a variety of video and audio equipment for optimum video producing results.
- Edit and post-produce video content to ensure a polished final product that showcases the D&B brand.
- Collaborate and communicate with the LMS Manager in determining workload of video projects, timelines, and deadlines for project completion.
- Create captivating and interactive training modules, quizzes and other content geared towards our internal audience.
- Utilize LMS by creating users/user groups and the content delivered to each user or user group.
- Organize and maintain uploaded content to be used for training purposes.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements
- Travel to off-site locations for video shoots when needed.
- Must be able to physically lift, carry, and transport all filming equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
