The Solution Success Manager (Product Research Consultant) position is instrumental to the Enterprise Imaging business to evaluate, document and provide structure and guidance to represent the operations teams throughout the Product Development Lifecycle. This position will report to the Manager of Solution Success Management within the Customer Success organization while working cross functionality with our Services, Product, Sales, and Support partners.
Our Solution Success Managers prioritize operational readiness, value assurance, and supportability to ensure alignment and excellence across Enterprise Imaging product solutions. By emphasizing Product Operations, we strive to achieve innovative solutions and surpass customer expectations through collaboration across the business.

Primary Responsibilities
- Operations readiness for new releases: Ensure that newly introduced releases meet the needs of Operations, and that Operations is prepared to deliver and support the solution
- Product insights from customers and customer facing teams: Consolidate feedback from customer facing teams into a single, context driven stream and use the information to align priorities within the Product Development and Engineering teams
- Solution level improvement review: Drive product, process, knowledge and tool opportunities through data analysis, lessons learned, and complaint trending
- Facilitate tactical operations product needs: Manage product alerts and escalation coordination
- Liaison between Product and Operations teams: Advocates for Product, Engineering and Operations, fosters communication and collaboration, mediates disputes and serves as SME
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with consultative services, data analytics, product management or project management
- Experience working heavily with cross-functional teams (internal and external)
- Proven ability to drive change and influence with others without having direct authority
- Experience with cloud-based solutions
- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Healthcare industry experience
- Knowledge of Change Healthcare/Optum enterprise imaging solutions, enterprise imaging workflow, and/or product development life cycle
- Advanced IT skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated Presentation and Training abilities to a wide variety of audiences
- Demonstrated customer first mentality
