We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can be a leader in our finance team, streamline processes, and provide expert financial guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profit goals in F&I
  • Review and process financing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending institutions' requirements.
  • Offer financial advice and present financing options to customers, explaining terms, conditions, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with lending institutions and maintain strong relationships to secure favorable financing terms.
  • Ensure all finance and insurance documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Assist in resolving any customer inquiries or concerns related to finance and insurance.
  • Analyze finance and insurance performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in finance and insurance software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Valid driver's license.
