Essential Functions
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month

Essential Functions
- Monitors all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
- Collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) technologies and best practices.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, LenelS2, IBM (photo capture), RightCrowd, and ENTRUST systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve security protocols and access control systems.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving IT, security, and human resources.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to physical identity and access management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address access control issues and improve system efficiencies.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements for identity and access management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders and teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to provide training and support to users on access management systems
