We are looking for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to fill several 1st shift positions. This role allows you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a close-knit community of residents in a modern facility. The environment is more relaxed than that of a hospital, with convenient access to amenities such as food and laundry, and a favorable nurse-to-patient ratio (currently 1:7). This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about serving veterans. In this position, you will be instrumental in assessing treatment plans, working alongside interdisciplinary teams, and guiding LPNs and CNAs to provide outstanding care.

Key Highlights

- 1st shift with every other weekend required

- Provide quality nursing care to a culturally diverse resident population
- Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, hospice, and psychology teams
- Transcribe and implement physician orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Mentor and guide LPNs and CNAs
- Address resident and staff concerns, facilitating conflict resolution
- RN license in Massachusetts
- Long-term care experience preferred, particularly in skilled nursing or nursing homes
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
