- Assist with creating and updating training materials under guidance from senior team members.
- Deliver small group and 1:1 training sessions using established curriculum.
- Track learner progress and feedback through the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and informal check-ins.
- Help manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and communication.
- Collaborate with SMEs and peers to ensure content accuracy and clarity.
- Support new hire onboarding and ongoing skills-based workshops.
- Strong Writing and Editing Skills – Able to write clearly and concisely for internal learners; edits for grammar, tone, and structure with oversight.
- Attention to Detail – Reviews training materials, LMS entries, and learning logistics for accuracy.
- Organization & Time Management – Can manage multiple small tasks and organize daily work with light guidance.
- Learning Agility – Eager to learn new tools, training methods, and Operations/CX knowledge to improve day-to-day performance.
- Interpersonal Skills – Friendly, approachable, and professional in supporting learners and trainers.
- Adaptability – Quickly adjusts to changes in schedules, tools, or processes.
- Problem-Solving – Recognizes gaps or confusion in learning and seeks clarification or offers simple improvements.
- Research Skills – Gathers information from SMEs and documentation to support training prep.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support, training, or documentation-related role.
- Comfortable speaking to small groups and presenting material in a clear, professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and related tools such as SharePoint and Teams; LMS experience a plus.
