Seeking a full-time RN Hospice on-call nurse in Burlington, VT for ongoing work with benefits.
- Provides palliative care and home visits in designated counties.
- On call every other week nights and weekends, 7 days on/off schedule.
- Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, client assessment, and monitoring.
- Qualifications: VT RN license, 1+ year clinical experience; home/hospice experience preferred.
