- Experienced nurse with the ability to practice independently in a similar clinical setting.
- Provides routine and complex patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegates tasks appropriately to care team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
- Demonstrates leadership skills across self, others, or leaders, aligning with core competencies.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education and support.
- Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
- Documents patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license.
- Position is per diem, as needed, not exceeding 950 characters.
