- Preferred 1+ year post-acute care experience; CPR certification needed upon hire.
- Participates in community health projects, proficient in MS Word, Excel, email.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, support staff; maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
- Performs treatment plans, timely documentation, therapy software use, and ensures safety.
- Demonstrates good body mechanics, dependable attendance, teamwork, and positive customer service.
- Physical activity includes sitting, standing, lifting, and moving during shifts; must communicate in English.
