Saint Mary's Home of Erie is a beautiful, well-maintained facility enjoyed by our residents. We are looking for a part-time, second shift Ward Clerk. The Ward Clerk assists the Charge and Staff Nurses in their day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern medical records, and as may be required by Unit Supervisor, to ensure that our medical records are maintained in an informative and descriptive manner.
We offer an excellent benefit package to part time, including dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Also, a generous 403b with 4% match.
Salary is based on years of experience in a comparable position.
Part Time, Monday - Friday, 4 pm to 8 pm, 20 hours per week

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Eighteen years of age or older.
- Previous experience as a ward clerk in either an acute care hospital or long-term care facility.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and nursing practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
