We are seeking a motivated, skilled Associate Dentist to join an established practice in Rutland, VT, with a strong patient base and positive office culture.

Our ideal candidate has a compassionate bedside manner, excellent communication skills, and 2-4 years of experience, preferably post-GPR.

About The Practice

• Over 30 years in business
• 85% PPO, 15% FFS
• 17 operatories, with 2 available for new provider
• Equipped with CBCT, iTero, Cerec
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs
  
  

Compensation includes a strong minimum guarantee, percentage of collections, CE allowance, benefits, and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Proficient in general dentistry
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
