Responsibilities But Not Limited To

  • Administrative support such as processing invoices, outside vendor registrations, help with organizing company events and etc
  • Keep up to date with the condition of company vehicles with repairs, regular maintenance through local car repair shop and dealership service visits as well as company vehicle inspection, safety recalls.
  • Maintain a good record of company vehicles & important auxiliary items (ex. Vehicle log, Registration, Insurance Card, Fuel Card, EZ-Pass, Navigation, etc.)
  • Handle Insurance claim for company car accidents until settlement
  • Oversee the maintenance of company resort locations by creating instructions for usage, arrangement of house-keeping repair and maintenance of interior and exterior equipment.
  • Manage Company Resort Reservation system. Help employees for application and approval of the company resorts usage including managing the resorts & schedules; shipping Key Package and return the Package
  • Responsible for handling general affairs and request service for office equipment repairs such as photocopy machines, printers, telephones, and workstations.
  • Coordinate business trip arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport/taxi etc.) through the SAP Concur System.
  • Maintain and manage office related contract/membership and the list of office assets.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
