Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 / year
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Data Operations to lead reporting and dashboard development for Finance, Clinical Operations, and Customer Service at Astrana Health. This role will be responsible for managing data-driven insights that support financial analytics such as FP&A, clinical operations, and service performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools.

- Data Reporting & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards that provide key insights into, financial performance, revenue cycle, and operational efficiencies. Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Finance & Claims Analytics: Develop reporting solutions that track profit and loss
- Operational Performance Monitoring: Identify trends and inefficiencies in claims processing, customer service response times, and clinical operations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Clinical Ops, and Customer Service leadership to translate data insights into strategic initiatives.
- Data Management & Integrity: Oversee data collection, validation, and processing to ensure high-quality and consistent reporting across departments.
- Technology & Tools: Utilize SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud platforms to build scalable and automated reporting solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and reporting structures for efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor analysts, ensuring best practices in data governance and reporting methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong SQL proficiency and intermediate Python knowledge; experience with C, C++, Java, and/or PySpark is a plus.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, SDLC, and code reviews.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience in healthcare analytics, claims data, financial reporting, or operational performance measurement.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MongoDB or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
- 3+ years of programming experience using version control and contributing to data projects.
- Experience in healthcare finance, claims analytics, or operational performance reporting.
- This position is remotely based in the U.S.
- The target pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $140,000. This range represents our national target for this role.
