Join a dedicated 10 West Medical Surgical unit focused on geriatric patient care, promoting functional mobility and supporting transitions home or to skilled care.

• Provide practical nursing under RN or physician guidance, participating in data collection, care planning, and evaluation.
• Care for patients of all ages, addressing educational needs and implementing therapeutic treatments and medications.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring rights and offering psychosocial support.
• Contribute to quality improvement, team development, and organizational initiatives.
• Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, Virginia licensure, BLS certification, and de-escalation training within four months. No prior experience needed.
