Event Team Member- Covington

Job Description:

Looking for a FUN and ADVENTUROUS job? Do you like to travel to new places and see new faces? If so, you’ve come to the right place! The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Events Team Member supports and leads off- site events. You will create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests at our off-site events. You will be the first point of contact to engage, educate and encourage our guests who may or may not have tasted our awesome cakes before. You will be the NbC “Joy Ambassador”, creating a memorable experience while leaving a positive, lasting impression.

Event Staff Responsibilities:

• Unloading cakes and setting up venues for events.
• Operating cash registers.
• Working under the instructions of the Manager.
• Ensuring the event is clean and organized.
• Adhering to event safety standards.
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
• Assuming the role of welcoming guests.
• Dispensing useful information to eventgoers.
• Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it daily.
• Packing up equipment when the event is completed.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• While no formal education or work experience is required, previous
• Guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.
  
  
  

Work Availability:

Must have weekend availability.

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
