SERVICE MANAGER

Are you a motivated leader with a knack for operations, team development, and exceptional customer service? Culligan by WaterCo is looking for a Service Manager to lead our service team, optimize daily operations, and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support Service Technicians, Installers, and Route Drivers
• Oversee service orders, scheduling, and warehouse activities
• Identify revenue opportunities through upselling and incentive programs
• Monitor and enforce performance standards
• Conduct field training and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Manage inventory, fleet maintenance, and compliance with DOT regulations
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure workplace safety standards
• This job will oversee both Bellingham, WA and Snohomish, WA locations and requires travel to both locations
  
  

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Water treatment or plumbing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Valid driver’s license
  
  

Compensation: $65,000- $75,000/ year
