Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and data analytics
  • Publish job openings, screen applicants, and route resumes to hiring managers through Applicant Tracking System/Apploi
  • Conduct preliminary interviews, as needed; update and track pipeline hires to reflect hiring timeline/ progress
  • Manages of compliance of all required documents from potential new hires such as employment applications, educational documents, references, resumes, disclosure and consent forms, background checks, physicals, licenses, and any certifications
  • Manage on-boarding process for prospective candidates through verification of employment, education, and experience for all candidates
  • Support the New Hire Orientation by facilitating sessions as often as needed
  • Own the New Hire Orientation rotation schedule and coordinate special sessions as needed
  • Research community resources for grassroots and other recruitment opportunities; build pipelines of qualified candidates for future consideration
  • Build strong working rapport with department heads and hiring managers and Senior Leadership


Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, management, or business from an accredited college or university
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking systems
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Microsoft Outlook
