  • **We currently have a career opportunity for a Recruiter in the OR/SW WA Region. This position is based out of our Vancouver office and will oversee all hiring needs in OR/SW WA. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for growth and stability within a company.

**Job Description**

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant communication with management regarding recruiting needs, open positions, and providing regular updates
  • Review resumes and qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for the position
  • Pre-Screen applicants over the phone and conduct in person interviews
  • Source applicants through various methods including veteran programs, colleges, and career fairs
  • Communicate with applicants about the position and company
  • Manage applicant tracking system and all on-boarding needs of new hires
  • Verify References
  • Organize and conduct new hire paperwork including all licensing paperwork
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to help make recruiting more efficient
  • Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior security, law enforcement or military experience required
  • Prior recruitment experience preferred
  • Be able to obtain a State Security Guard License
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Be able to pass a UA drug test including THC
  • Must have a HS Diploma or GED equivelant
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
  • Have the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedures
  • Mental alertness and attention to detail required while being able to prioritize and follow-up on tasks
  • Excellent computer skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel as organization
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be adaptable to a flexible working schedule
  • Be able to go through all training and work in the field occasionally
