Role
Responsible for assembling all the necessary paper work to ensure correct title to loan property obtained and appropriate liens placed until the maturity of the loan. Handles tasks such as processing loan payments, address payment inquiries and provide loan related guidance to provide smooth loan management for members.
Experience
Knowledge and Skills:
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

- A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

Other Skills
- Must have good communication skills.
- Knowledge of title documentation requirements.
- Have understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures. Utilize knowledge to promote the credit union and the credit union movement.
- To provide prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members and co-workers.
- Professional is appearance, dress, attitude, and telephone skills.
- Ability to operate general office equipment such as copier, computer, and other credit union provided equipment.
- Must be able to operate related computer software as provided by the credit union.
