POSITION: Project Foreman / Irrigation Technician

Duties

  • Lead and supervise crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of

commercial irrigation and landscaping systems

  • Interpret site plans, blueprints, and irrigation schematics to ensure

precise execution of project specifications

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and crew assignments to meet project

deadlines and client expectations

  • Oversee installation of irrigation systems including pipe layout, valve

placement, sprinkler head configuration, and smart controller setup

  • Diagnose and resolve complex irrigation issues such as electrical faults,

pressure inconsistencies, leaks, and coverage problems

  • Direct landscape installation tasks including grading, planting,

mulching, sod installation, and hardscape coordination

  • Operate and ensure safe use of equipment including trenchers, pipe

pullers, skid steers, mowers, and hand tools

  • Monitor site conditions and team performance to uphold safety, quality,

and efficiency standards

  • Train and mentor crew members on technical skills, safety procedures,

and proper use of tools and equipment

  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project

managers to provide updates and resolve field issues

  • Ensure proper system shutdowns and seasonal services including

winterizations and spring start-ups

  • Track labor hours, materials used, job progress, and submit daily or

weekly reports as required

  • Perform final walk-throughs and quality control checks on irrigation and

landscape installations

  • Oversee and guide a team of laborers, landscapers, and irrigation

workers across multiple projects

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial irrigation experience
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Experience managing crews and projects in landscaping, irrigation, or

construction

Other Requirements

  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Must pass drug testing
  • Willingness and ability to travel statewide in Colorado

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with smart irrigation systems
  • Prior leadership experience in large-scale commercial landscaping projects
  • CDL license a plus

WAGE: $20.00 $22.00 per hour

SHIFTS: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

JOB SITE: Southern Colorado (some work may be out of town)

BENEFITS: No Benefits, seasonal
