What You'll Do
As an Advertising Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting
businesses with local seniors. Your main focus will be to drive advertising
sales by building new client relationships and nurturing existing ones. In
doing so, you'll help our clients reach and positively impact the local
senior community. This role involves proactive prospecting activities such as
cold calling and networking to identify new business opportunities. You will
also be responsible for negotiating terms, addressing client concerns and
overseeing the execution of successful advertising campaigns. In this
position, you will manage multiple accounts and deadlines. If you're a
people person who's quick on your feet with a competitive, results-driven
attitude, this could be the perfect fit. While prior sales experience is
helpful, it's not required we'll train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Build and nurture lasting relationships with
clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored
solutions that deliver value.
Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by
showcasing the value of our audience, products and services to prospective
clie
Advertising Proposals: Prepare and present advertising proposals that
meet client objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales support and creative teams to
ensure that advertising campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.
Client satisfaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to
monitor their satisfaction and make adjustments to their campaigns as
necessary
Prospecting: Cold call and network to identify new business opportunities.
Data Management: Efficiently manage contracts and monitor sales
opportunities using our cloud-based CRM software.
Sales Excellence: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a
high level of customer satisfaction.
Operational Support: Support our company in day-to-day operations of
advertiser-driven marketing, integration, digital and promotions.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation, auto insurance and a valid driver's license
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability
to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
A competitive results-driven attitude
Proficiency or willingness to learn CRM software and Microsoft 365
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time and Part-time available
PAY RANGE: $40,000-$70,000/year (expected pay with hourly plus
commissions and bonuses)
