What You'll Be Doing As The Controller

• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA nice to have
• Proven experience in a Controller position
• Experience leading month & year end closes
  
  

Salary: $180,000-$220,000
