Customer and banking center support for digital banking channels.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Computer skills, including knowledge of Windows based spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  
  

Primary Activities

• Intake phone calls from digital banking and debit card call queues
• Provide support to banking center associates
• Provide support to customers
• Digital banking secure email support
• Process change requests
• Process daily reports
• Other duties as assigned

Bank Secrecy Act

• Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing/PATRIOT Act and OFAC regulations.
• To be able to fulfill application requirements and responsibilities under the bank’s related policies and programs.
