Supervisor - Test Lab Operations

As a Supervisor, Test Lab Operations, under the guidance of the department leadership, you will support management of the Test Lab Operations first and second shift teams and provide day-to-day leadership to team/teams tied to the commercialization of products through testing activities. The Test Lab supports all Business Units within Instruments.

This role is on-site in Portage, MI, in the office 5 days a week.

• Will ensure consistent practices within the department related to product verification, test equipment development, report writing, and communication methods.
• Will work with internal SMEs on test protocol assignments using established systems. This is to include, pre-review, assignment, and post-approval of Test Request, including final sign-off.
• Will coordinate with the Stryker Instruments business units to ensure appropriate tests, analysis, equipment, and results are obtained and communicated effectively and efficiently.
  
  

What You Need:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• People or project leadership experience
• Experience in a test lab setting
