Service BDC Guest Relations – Mazda Huntington

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups for service appointments.
- Assist customers in booking service appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming service needs.
- Participate in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with teammates, service teams, and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM systems daily to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Reliable self-starter with an ambitious mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing service or telephone-based roles.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, dependable, and a positive team-player attitude.
- Receptive to constructive feedback for personal and professional growth.
- Strong computer and multitasking skills.
