Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (50%)
- Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal career site, etc.)
- Source candidates through resume databases, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection with hiring managers
- Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment process (background checks, references, etc.)
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with EEOC regulations
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures
- Assist with performance review cycles and training initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and escalate as appropriate
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, diversity initiatives, and policy development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Experience with employer branding and social recruiting strategies
- Familiarity with metrics-driven recruitment and reporting
- On-site
- Occasional travel may be required for job fairs or recruiting events
