Position Responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership and mentoring to the demand planning team to ensure the execution of system maintenance and achievement of department performance goals
• Ensure planners maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent supply interruptions to restaurants and avoid large overstocks in the warehouse while integrating supply chain and logistics considerations
• Contribute to sales and operating planning by collaborating with suppliers and customers on forecasts and new item launches while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven processes to support customer initiatives
• Develop knowledge and understanding of seasonal and promotional sales patterns to oversee forecast adjustments and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and solution development
• Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead weekly team meetings, and support change management
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's D egree with 4 plus years of related and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience.
