- Ø Must physically be able to stand a minimum of (8) eight hours to a maximum of (16) sixteen hours daily.
- Ø Must be able to stoop and bend while lifting weight up to (50) lb.
- Ø Must be able to climb onto and crawl under machinery as required.
- Ø Must present and teach established safety orientation and safety training sessions.
- Ø Must be able to implement and run the Aramark Sanitation OPX program.
- Ø Must be able to complete a Go Spot Check site audit monthly.
- Ø Must be able to run MSS program.
- Ø Performs quality control inspections of entire facility every month. Able to recognize acceptable and non-acceptable cleaning practices and make necessary changes.
Ensures that all areas and equipment are safe and sanitary.
Performs other duties as directed by Aramark management/client.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/REQUIREMENTS
CLIENT RETENTION / CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- Ø You are the Aramark business agent at your site.
- Ø Deliver service as contracted and promised.
- Ø Use agreed upon KPIs to track performance.
- Ø Conduct regular consultative business reviews with client, capture information using scorecard tool, or meeting minutes (MJRs).
- Ø Build client relationships.
- Ø Keep all Confidential and proprietary Aramark information and any other information directed by your Aramark manager confidential and inside Aramark management at all times.
- Ø Create a web of influence.
- Ø Demonstrate and document Aramark’s value.
- Ø Participate in customer and community activities and functions.
- Ø Customer retention.
ONE BEST TEAM
- Ø Communicate team vision, goals, and purpose.

QUALITY/PRODUCTIVITY
- Ø Service/Delivery.
- Ø Aramark Sanitation OPX Program in place and operational.
- Ø Assess service delivery and customer expectations (SPM).
- Ø Implement productivity and technology innovations.
- Ø Measurement and feedback.
- Ø Internal – quality and productivity targets, Go Spot check audits completed monthly.
- Ø Lead Sanitation in external – industry specific, i.e.: ISO-9000, BRC/SQF, FSMA, FDA, etc. inspections.
- Ø Customer Food Safety Inspections – Weekly.
- Ø Conduct Monthly Joint Review, semi-annual customer feedback.
- Ø Employee – Employee Satisfaction Survey.
SAFETY
- Ø Establish Standards.
- Ø Procedures, Behaviors, Observation, Reporting, Zero tolerance.
- Ø No reportable injuries, no lost days of work.
- Ø Provide and document Safety Training.
- Ø GMM reporting, monthly/weekly focus.
- Ø Assess and measure outcomes.
- Ø Display and use Aramark safety program.
- Ø Conduct root cause analysis in the GMM on all accidents and reported unsafe conditions.
- Ø Effectively manage all worker comp claims.
FINANCIAL
- Ø Full P&L Responsibilities for Account Site.
- Ø Manage labor, revenue, and expenses to maximize FLC.
- Ø Invoice in a timely manner.
- Ø Follow-up and collect payments.
- Ø Pursue pre-payment.
- Ø Budget.
- Ø Create annual budgets and then manage to meet or exceed budget.
- Ø Manage Revenue and FLC to within 5% of monthly estimates.
- Ø Base Business Growth.
- Ø Grow base business 5% per year.
- Ø Support Regional Sales Executives by delivering excellent service.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
5 years of previous management experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Associate degree in business administration.
Computer literate: be able to compile reports, create presentations, understands Microsoft Office computer programs (excel, ppt, word).
