- Hybrid Role - 3 Days a Week in Office
- Supervisor - VP of Marketing
- Compensation - $33.65 an hour

- Requirements -
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Graphic Design experience
- Ability to create impactfuldesigns that capture and promote our company vision
- Ability to juggle multiple hospital projects
- Ability to createdesigns under a variety of time constraints and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working on a Mac computer
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Must be highly creative and comfortable pitching ideas
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to problem-solve and be a self-starter
- Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve thedesign
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Familiarity ofdesigntechniques (i.e. prototyping), prepress best practices, and core print production concepts (i.e. DPI, Pantone, Paper, Trim, Finish)
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)
- Responsibilities -
- Primary responsibilities include thedesignand development of all marketing collateral for hospitals, the Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Team, the Executive Team, and other departments.
- Participating in variousdesignprojects from concept to completion.
- Producing drafts, prototypes, and engagingdesignsolutions that attract and nurture pet parents.
- Oversee all printdesignneeds for Lakefield Veterinary Group, including but not limited to - logos, brand guides, business cards, brochures, rack cards, magnets, flyers, calendars, folders, client intake forms, advertisements, posters, banners, conference booth signage, etc.
- Oversee all promotional needs for Lakefield Veterinary Group, including sourcingpromotional items (water bottles, notebooks, pens, apparel, and other similar branded goods)on behalf of the hospitals, the M&A team, the Executive Team, and/or other departments.
- Oversee Lakefield Veterinary Group National Campaign style guidelines, including designing the look and feel for quarterly marketing campaigns.
- Oversee interior and exterior signage for all locations, including designing signage and managing signage projects from start to finish, as well as the signage vendor relationship.
- Manage contractor designer(s) for production artist-level projects, providing creative direction, setting priorities, and ensuring deliverables align with Lakefield Veterinary Group's & hospitals' brand standards and timelines.
- Stay up to date ongraphicdesignand print trends, best practices, and changes that impact our business.
- Print Vendor Relationship -
- Manage print vendor relationship
- Manage print projects from start to finish and ensure the printer is meeting expectations and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and/or shipping delays with the printer on behalf of hospitals, the M&A team, the Executive Team, and/or other departments.
- Manage print shop, including setting up the hospital and user accounts, adding print items to the shop, and other online shop ordering needs.
- Assistance with other marketing projects-
- Annual Conference Planning, includingdesigning and producing conference print and promo material.
- Coordinating M&A Tradeshows includingdesigning and producing conference print and promo material as well as coordinating shipping with Freight and Show Site vendors such as Freeman.
- Coordinating publisher relationships including securing advertisement placements, payment,designof ads, and meeting publisher deadlines.
